During the second year of the degree course I specialized in multimedia design and since leaving university I have continued to develop a working knowledge of the appropriate 'core' computer packages including :-
Adobe Photoshop
Macromedia Dreamweaver (Hand Coding HTML)
Macromedia Flash (Intermediate Action Scripting)
Open Source APM (Apache, MySQL, PHP)
As my University course was heavily graphics based I have spent time learning the 'Development' side of the internet. This has given me a good all round skill set and experience in Web Site production, promotion and management, from conception right through to the finished article.
During time with VMCO I was chiefly responsible for producing Web Sites and CD based Multimedia presentations. Working directly with clients to ensure specific goals and aspirations were met.
At present I am working freelance under the name Blue Park Media on a variety of ongoing projects.
Together with this I have a great deal of experience in building PC's and maintain a very high level of all round computer literacy.
